      Condition: Good- All four corners are worn and slightly frayed. The edges are also worn.

      Condition: Good- the ink from the postmark on the front of the postcard has smeared leaving black stains on the upper section of the image. The left top and bottom corners are worn.

      Condition: Good- top left and right corners are worn. The far right side of the postcard has faint stains on it, the postcard has been used.

      Condition: Good condition- the image is clear. Postcard has a couple of creases along the upper right corner and some indentation marks (as though small objects have been pushed into the postcard) in different areas of the postcard.

      Condition: Good - All corners are worn, the upper right corner is the most worn of each. Along the top edge of the photo is worn as well.

      Condition: Good- All four corners are worn. There is a brown stain in the upper right corner.

      The Museum has 2 flat copies of this postcard - as well as a framed copy (#2005.20.1). Copy 1 (not on matte) - Good. Some image missing. Copy 2 (pasted on matte) - Poor. Severely browned with water stains. Bubbled up where adhesive does not exist.

      Condition: Excellent- there is a dark mark in the upper right corner and on the left side of the postcard where the street lamp is peeking into the photo there is a water mark.

      Condition: Fair - Wear along edges and all four corners, some creasing along upper edge, slight discolouration.

      Condition: Good- The postcard has been torn along the entire right side. The edge is jagged and on the backside the "P" from the word postcard is missing as a result of the torn edge. The upper left corner is creased.

      This image is one in a series of postcards from the Reg Near collection. This is a souvenir postcard the depicts the Dam that separated Rice Lake and the Thames River in St. Marys. This postcard is used and dated August 3, 1913.
