      This is an 11 page list of books that have been part of the Blind River Libraries inventory over its 100 year history from 1906 to 2006.

      In the late 1940's Blind River had several taxi companies including Star Taxi, Deluxe, Central and a few more. Unlike today, drivers often had to dodge not just people and other vehicles but sometimes cows, or chickens.
