      Mayor Andy Letham reached out to City of Kawartha Lakes residents via video message about Pinecrest Nursing Home and the tragedy of the COVID-19 outbreak at the long-term care home.

      Mayor Letham encourages citizens to find alternative ways to celebrate Easter this year.

      Local group The Barn Kats came together to record the light-hearted song "You're Not Alone" and accompanying video. It was posted to YouTube with a message encouraging the community to donate to local food banks.
