    Schooner ARIEL of Port Hope
Imagemysterycomment       The ARIEL of Port Hope was built at Quebec in 1867 and taken off the registry in 1907. The identification of the harbour as possibly Goderich, Ontario is still speculative but is supported by the pier configuration and the fact that she was sold to Goderich interests in the 1880s.
