      The Flesherton Railway station was originally build in Ceylon in 1873, it was moved to private land owned by Alex Wilson at Grey Roads 2 & 19 in 1972 after the railroad tracks were removed and service stopped.

      This historical marker details the history of the old Flesherton Railway Station building in the field beyond

      In the book titled "Eminent Women of Grey County" the photo caption states, 'taken at auction sale on McPhail farm, Artemesia Township in the 1940s'.
