The park, on Highway 25 just north of Steeles Avenue, was opened in September 1975. The photograph was taken by "The Canadian Champion". The park is now called Chris Hadfield Park. The building was the old CNR station and was moved from Bronte Street. It now houses the Tourist Bureau.
