      The Brooklin Public and Continuation School was located on Baldwin Street. It was built in 1923 on the south east corner of Highway 12 and Winchester Road. It was officially opened on January 30, 1924 and closed in 1972. It was demolished in 1982.

      Two Nurses' Residences were officially opened by Mrs. W.j. Hanna on August 15, 1923. They were called the "Lena Davis Home" and the "Naomi Barker Home" after two nurses who died during the First World War. They served as Nurses' Residences until the new residence was opened in 1963.
