      Marine News. The big steel Standard Oil carrier Renown made an especially speedy trip up and down the lake last week. The boat went thru here south bound from Green Bay April 19, went to Whiting, Ind., and returned passing thru here bound for Green Bay April 22.

      Menominee Marine. Capt. Walter Goodlet in command of the anxiliary (sic) schooner H. J. Davis, left port Tuesday morning for Garden Bay. The boat left light to take on a cargo of hay at the northern port.

      Menominee Marine. A cargo of 318 packages of salt fish was brought to the dock of the Dormer Fish company in Menominee Wednesday night, by the schooner Agnes H., in command of Rasmus Hanson. The load was taken on at Detroit Harbor.

      Menominee Marine. Orin Angwall, master of the gasoline schooner, Belle Culbert, left the dock of the Carpenter Cook company in Menominee last night, carrying a cargo of feed and groceries for the port of Egg Harbor.

      Green Bay Marine. The auxiliary schooner Marion of Detroit Harbor arrived in port Tuesday from Door county ports and will return with a general cargo of merchandise.

      Green Bay Marine. The tug Julia arrived in this port Tuesday from Oshkosh. This is the first boat to make the trip up the Fox river from lower river points this year. The Julia had barges in town (sic).
