Rev. James Pedley (1856-1933), graduated from McGill University, Montreal in 1884 and received his theological training at the Congregational College, Montreal. He became pastor of the Georgetown Congregational Church 1885-1888. He married, at Georgetown, Mar 17, 1888, Charlotte Ellen Reed, daughter of Robert Allan Reed and Mary Sawyer Standish. Rev.
