      Ross Memorial Hospital shifted its COVID-19 Assessment Centre to an appointment-only model in accordance with latest provincial guidelines and to help support traffic flow around the hospital. The change came into effect on October 5, 2020. Appointments were able to be booked starting October 1, 2020.

Chalk drawings by children were popular with messages of support for healthcare workers etched on McGibbon Boulevard and Deacon Crescent. Many more were published in an article published later.
