      Postville was also known as Post's Corners. It was at the intersection of Trafalgar Road and Dundas Street, Trafalgar Township.

      This house was demolished in 1965. Post's Corners was one of the first hamlets in the area known as Trafalgar Township. It was located at the intersection of what is now Trafalgar Road (or Seventh Line) and Dundas Street, Oakville, Ontario. Later, the hamlet was known as Postville.

      Picture taken at the farm of Albert Downs on the northwest corner of Britannia Road and Sixth Line. The barn was built in 1930. Note the small dump box on the road construction truck. Albert also owned a threshing business.

      In 1971, the Ontario Steam and Antique Preservers Association held a Steam-Era reunion at the Milton, Ontario fair grounds. Antique farm equipment was on display by private collectors.
