      St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church was built in 1859 at 508 Byron Street South. It served as a Presbyterian church until 1968.

      Two Nurses' Residences were officially opened by Mrs. W.j. Hanna on August 15, 1923. They were called the "Lena Davis Home" and the "Naomi Barker Home" after two nurses who died during the First World War. They served as Nurses' Residences until the new residence was opened in 1963.
